Add multiple collaborators to interactive videos and playlists in Interactivity
You can now add multiple collaborators to your interactive videos and playlists at once. The added collaborators will have the same access permissions when added, but you can adjust their permissions individually after they are added as collaborators. Filter content in the PlayPosit admin media library with the creator’s last name
When searching for interactive videos or playlists from the admin media library, the admin can now filter the results with the creator’s last name. Please see this article for more information about the admin media library.
Assign Learner Made Interactive Video assignments to anonymous users
Besides assigning to users with WeVideo accounts, the Learner Made Interactive Video assignments can now also be assigned to anonymous users. When assigning to anonymous users, you will have the option to select whether the participants need to enter their names or can take the assignment as anonymous users without their names being stored. URLs are clickable in the Interactivity player
When the URLs are added to the interactions in the interactive video as hyperlinks, they are now clickable, allowing users to visit the link directly by clicking on it without the need to copy and paste the link to a different tab.

Adjust the background color for the clip
Besides selecting the pre-formatting background color from WeVideo, you can now adjust the background color with the RGB code with more variety in the selection. Please see this article for more information about adjusting the background for the clip.
Move shared folders into another folder
If you want to organize and place shared folders into a master folder, follow the steps below to move them into a folder. Please note that the users who have access to the shared folder will still only have access to the folder shared with them but not the master folder. Please see this article for more information about moving shared folders into another folder.
Add projects as starting blocks to the assignment
Teachers can now add their projects as starting blocks when creating assignments. When students launch the assignment, they can use the media and placeholder in the starting blocks to create their works. Please see this article for more information using existing projects as starting blocks in the assignment.
Background Removal with WeVideo Chrome Extension
When recording with WeVideo's Chrome extension, users can now blur or remove their background. Please see this article for more information about the WeVideo Chrome extension and how to remove your background when recording.
Organize Interactive Videos with Tags
Tags for interactive videos help users easily organize and locate the interactive videos they want to use. Users can add multiple tags, including subjects and target audience, to the interactive videos to categorize them. Please see this article for more information.
Copy Interactive Videos from the Preview Links
When interactive videos are shared with users through the preview link, users can now copy the shared interactive videos into their WeVideo account to edit and assign to their own classes. The edits made to the copied interactive videos will not affect the original interactive video. Please see this article for more information.
Monitor Interactivty's assignment from Multimedia Creation classes
Teachers can review the assignment created in Interactivity directly from the class in the Multimedia Creation space. This update saves teachers time from switching between different spaces and allows teachers to view all the assignments from one place. Please see more information in this article.
Share interactive videos through the preview links
The Preview link allows you to share your interactive videos with others who do not have a WeVideo account. This can be helpful for quality control review or sharing course ideas with other instructors. Please note that the answers submitted through the preview link will not be stored and can not be examined afterward. If you would like to keep the user data for the interactive video, please assign it to a class. Please see more information in this article.
Teachers can create their own templates
Teachers can create their own templates or convert their projects into templates to reuse in the future. Please see more information about creating templates in this article.
Download exports in .mp4 format
The exported project can now be downloaded in the .mp4 format, which will be easier to use with other software or platforms.

Archive Classes
Besides deleting the classes that are no longer in use, teachers can archive those classes to clean up their classes page. The class data is stored in the archived class and can be restored by the teacher if needed. Please see this article for more information about archive classes.
Freeform Rotation
All media added to the project can be rotated at any angle. Please see this article for more information about rotating objects in the project.

Reset Join Codes and LInks for Classes and Organizations
Admins and teachers can now reset the join codes and links for their organizations and classes to reuse them with new users without creating new organizations or classes. Once the new codes and links are generated, the original codes and links will no longer work. Please see more information in this article.
Burned In Subtitles
After generating the subtitles for your exports, you can now choose to download the exports and subtitles as separate files or burn the subtitles into the video file and download them as a single file. Please see more information in this article.

Embed Assignment for Anonymous Assignment Type
When assigning interactive video assignments to anonymous users, teachers can now generate embed codes to embed them in other websites.
Rich Text Editor for Text Items in Playlists

Hide Used Media from the Project bin
You can now toggle on and off the Hide used media option from the project bin to switch between showing all the media in your project or only showing the media that are in the project but not being used. This can help you organize and identify the media from your project bin when building a new project.
Integrate WeVideo Interactivity into your Learner Management System (LMS)
WeVideo Interactivity can be integrated into Canvas and Schoology as an LTI 1.3 tool. This will allow teachers to assign the interactive videos to the LMS as an assignment, and learners can complete the assignment directly in the LMS without switching to a separate website. Furthermore, after the learners complete the interactive video, their grades will automatically pass back to the LMS grade book so the teachers can monitor learners' progress both from the WeVideo site and the LMS.
