Create folders in Interactivity
Select Folders from the side menu to open the Folders page, and click Add Folder to create a new folder.
Enter the new folder's name and adjust the folder color if needed.
If there are existing folders, you can add the new folder as a subfolder by selecting the parent folder from the Create Folder In dropdown menu.
Click Save to create a new folder.
Add interactive videos to folders
To add an interactive video to a folder, click the triple-dot action button and select Manage Folders.
Click the Add to Folder button next to the desired folder to add the interactive video. The interactive video can be added to multiple folders at once.
After adding the interactive videos to the folder, you can access them by going to the folder from the folders page.
Remove interactive videos from folders
The interactive videos removed from the folders will remain in your account and can be accessed from your My Interactive Videos page. There are two ways to remove interactive videos from the folders:
Option 1: From the Folders page
Open the folder from the folders page.
Click the triple dots action button next to the interactive video you want to remove and select Remove from Folder.
Option 2: From My Interactive Videos page
Click the triple-dot action button next to the interactive video and select Manage Folders.
Click the Remove From Folder buttons next to the folders to remove the Bulb from those folders.
Edit folders
Click the triple dots action button next to the folder and select Edit to edit the folder.
You can update the title and the theme color for the folders. Click Save to save the changes.
Copy folders
Click the triple dots action button next to the folder and select Copy.
Edit the title for the copied folder, then click Save to complete the process. The interactive videos and subfolders in the original folder will also be copied to the new folder.
Share folders
Click the triple dots action button next to the folder and select Share.
Copy the shared link and share it with other instructors in your organization.
When other instructors access the link, they will copy the folder and all the interactive videos in it to their WeVideo account. They do not have direct access to your folder and interactive videos but will use the copied version. Any changes made to the copied folders and interactive videos will not affect your account's original folders and interactive videos.
Delete folders
Click the triple dots action button next to the folder and select Delete.
Delete the folder will not remove the interactive videos in it from your account. They will remain on your My Interactive Videos page.
