When adjusting tags, playback options, and privacy settings, you can select multiple interactive videos at once and use the batch settings option to apply changes simultaneously. You can also manage their permissions and add collaborators at once.
Batch adjust settings for interactive videos
Navigate to the Interactive Videos page in Interactivity.
Select the interactive videos you want to adjust by clicking the checkboxes next to them, and click the Batch Settings button at the top.
On the Individual Interactive Video tab, you can adjust the title, learning objectives, tags, playback options, and privacy settings for each interactive video.
Click Save to save the change to the interactive video. The changes will apply to the individual interactive video.
Switch to the Apply to All tab at the top to apply the changes to all the selected interactive videos. You can adjust the tags, playback options, and Privacy settings for all the selected interactive videos here. Learn more about WeVideo’s Interactive Video settings.
After adjusting the settings, click the Apply button to save the changes to the selected interactive videos.
Batch adjust permissions for interactive videos
Navigate to the Interactive Videos page in Interactivity.
Select the interactive videos you want to adjust by clicking the checkboxes next to them, and click the Manage Permissions button at the top.
Enter the collaborators' emails, select the type of access they should have, and click Add Access to add them as collaborators for the selected interactive videos.
