Unlink the interactive content from the LMS course
Navigate to the class in the LMS and launch the WeVideo Interactivity integration. Please follow the instructions below to access the integration.
Click the Set Link button to launch into WeVideo Interactivity.
Find the interactive content, click its thumbnail or the triple-dot actions button, then select the Unlink option from the list.
After unlinking the interactive content, all previous learner attempts will be deleted, and learners will have to retake the assignment to receive new grades. Click Unlink to confirm and unlink the interactive content. The interactive content is now unlinked from the LMS course, and you can close the tab and return to the LMS.
Relink the interactive content to the LMS course
If you have followed the steps in the previous section to unlink the interactive content, you can link it to another assignment as other interactive content. If you haven’t unlinked the interactive content yet, you can also unlink it while linking it to a new assignment. Please follow the instructions below to create a new assignment in your LMS and launch the WeVideo Interactivity integration.
Click the LMS icon next to the interactive content and select the Link option.
You will see a warning message indicating that this interactive content has already been linked to another assignment. Click Unlink to unlink it from the original assignment so it can be linked to this assignment. Alternatively, if you want to keep both assignments active, you can click the Copy button to create a copy of this interactive content and link the copied version to this assignment.
After unlinking the interactive content, all previous learner attempts will be deleted, and learners will have to retake the assignment to receive new grades. Click Unlink to confirm and unlink the interactive content.
The interactive content is now ready to be relinked. Click the LMS icon next to it again and select the Link option.
Select whether the learner experience is self-paced or live broadcast, set a due date for the assignment, and click Set Link to link it to the assignment.
Update the linked interactive content in the LMS course
In the case that the LMS assignment or pages need to be kept in place, but the linked interactive content needs to be updated, instructors can follow the steps below to update the linked interactive content from the assignment.
Canvas
Click the three-dot button next to the Canvas assignment and select Edit.
Select More Options.
Scroll down to the Submission Type section and click the Find button.
Select the Interactivity tool from the list to launch into WeVideo Interactivity.
Click Set Link to launch into WeVideo Interactivity.
Click the Canvas icon next to the interactive content and click Link to link it to the assignment.
Select the learner experience to be Self Paced or Live Broadcast, then click Set Link.
Click Select to complete the process.

For interactive content linked through the Add Existing workflow, please remove the linked activity and follow the Add Existing workflow again to link a new interactive content to the course.
For interactive content linked through the Insert Stuff or Insert Quicklink workflow, click the three-dot button and select Edit.
Remove the link from the page or assignment.
Click the Insert Stuff or Insert Quicklik and select the WeVideo Integration tool from the list to launch WeVideo Interactivity.
Click Set Link to launch into WeVideo Interactivity.
Click the D2L icon next to the interactive content and click Link to link it to the assignment.
Select the learner experience to be Self Paced or Live Broadcast, then click Set Link.
Schoology, Moodle, and Blackboard
Please remove the original activity and link the new interactive content to the course.
