Why can’t I download my exports?

There are two reasons that will cause this issue:

  1. The media is still processing: The exports will be downloadable after processing. Please come back to the exports page later to download it.
  2. Your admin disabled the download option for users in the license: If the process is complete and you can preview your export from the exports page but still can not download it, then your school administrators have disabled the download function for users in the license. Please contact your school admins to discuss enabling this function to allow users to download their exports. Please see this article for more information about the role permissions.
