To find your exported projects in WeVideo, click Exports from the left sidebar of the Multimedia Creation space. Then view, edit, or organize your exports as needed.

View All Exported Projects
To access the Exports page, click the Exports tab on the left side of the screen in the Multimedia Creation space.
If you are the account admin, you can use the tab at the top to switch between viewing your own exports (My exports) or all the exports (All exports) by the members in your license.
Sort, Filter, or Search Exports
By default, exported projects are displayed in reverse-chronological order. To adjust the display of exported projects, use the action panel at the top of the grid. Options include:
- Sort: Sort exported projects by export date, title, file size, or duration.
- List view: Enable list view to view projects in a scannable table format.
- File type: Use the dropdown to filter for video, audio, or GIF files.
- Search bar: Enter any search term to search file titles.
Manage Exported Projects
From the Exports screen, you can also organize and manage your exported projects by adding them to folders. To organize exports into groups, click the Create folder button at the top right of the screen, enter the folder’s name, and click Create.
To manage and edit individual exports, click the triple dot icon. Options for organizing and editing exported projects include:
- Open: Preview the export on a new page, where you can also edit video details (title, description, and thumbnail), auto-generate subtitles, download the file, and share it (via a link, embed, or direct upload to Google Drive, YouTube, or OneDrive).
- Open in new tab: Access the same Open options just described, but in a new tab.
- Download: Download the file to your device. (School admins may turn off this option. If you do not see this option in the menu, please contact your school admins to discuss whether they can enable it.)
- Rename: Update the export's name.
- Move to: Move the export into a folder.
- Add to playlist: Add the export to the multimedia playlist in WeVideo.
- Delete: Permanently delete the export from your account.
