Users can create playlists with the exported or uploaded media in their accounts. The playlist can also be shared with other users outside your license through a public link.

Enable playlists in Multimedia Creation
The license’s admin can enable and adjust playlist settings from the admin panel. To turn on playlists in the Multimedia Creation environment, select Admin from the drop-down menu and click Settings.
Find the Gallery Settings section and toggle on the Display Gallery and Playlists option.
After enabling the playlist, you can adjust whether to allow users to share their playlists through the public link by adjusting the Gallery Privacy option.
Create a new playlist
Select Playlists from the left sidebar in the Multimedia Creation environment.
Click Create Playlist.
Enter the name of the new playlist and click Next.
Select the exports you would like to add to the playlist. Click the Uploads tab on the top to select uploaded media if needed. Click the Create Playlist button once all the media are selected.
Inside the playlist editor, you can drag and drop the media on the left side to rearrange their order in the playlist.
Click Done to exit the playlist editor.
Edit the playlist
On the Playlists page, click the playlist you would like to edit.
Click Add Content to add more media to this playlist.
Click the triple dots button and select Rename to update the playlist title.
Drag and drop the media on the left side to rearrange their order in the playlist.
To remove the media from the playlist, click the triple dots button next to the media and select the Remove from Playlist option.
Click Done to exit the playlist editor.
Share the playlist
On the Playlists page, click the playlist you would like to share.
Click the Share button on the top left.
Change the link privacy setting to Public and click Copy Link.
Share the link with other users.
