When removing users from the account, admins have the option to keep copies of those users’ uploaded files and exports. After removing users, these copies will still consume the license storage space. If you need to free up storage space in your account, you can follow the steps in this article to download the copied files, store them in other places, and then remove them from your account.
Remove the copied uploaded files
Go to the Uploads page in the Multimedia Creation Space. The copied files will be in a folder named after the user’s ID.
If you do not need to download the files, click the triple dots button next to it and select Delete to remove all the files in the folder.
If you want to download the files in the folder, click into the folder, click the triple dots button next to the file you want to download, and select Download.
After downloading the files, click the check box to select the file you want to delete, and click Delete on the top to remove them.
Remove the copied exports
Go to the Exports page in the Multimedia Creation Space and switch to All Exports.
Find the exports that are no longer needed. Click the triple dots button next to it to download and delete them from the account.
