Are WeVideo purchases refundable?

All fees paid to WeVideo are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for monthly and yearly website plans. 

What if I can’t use the services I purchased?

If you're unable to use the purchased services for any reason, contact support@wevideo.com, and our support team will be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my WeVideo subscription at any time?

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once a subscription is canceled, you will no longer be charged for subsequent terms. Learn how to cancel your subscription.

Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-billing period?

If you choose to cancel your recurring monthly/annual subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period when canceling your subscription, but will continue to have access to account features for the remainder of the billing period, regardless of the cancellation.

What happens after my paid subscription ends?

Once your upgraded subscription ends, your account will automatically return to Free status. All videos created during your upgraded subscription will remain in your WeVideo account.
