Instructors and admins can create new classes in the Multimedia Creation space by navigating to the Classes page and selecting Add new class. Once the class is created, instructors and admins can add learners via the invite link, class code, Google Classroom import, or by manually adding them from the user lists in the license.

Limitations to creating classes in Multimedia Creation

  • For users who have not yet joined the organization, select the role and use the Download and share the QR code or Copy to share the invite link options to invite them to class. They claim licenses from your account when they join. If admins disable the ability for teachers to invite users from outside the organization, this option will not be available. Have admins roster the users first before inviting them to the class, or ask admins to adjust the class's permissions settings for the Teacher role. See this article for more information on modifying role permissions.
