Super admins and the Admin Plus license owner can create, view, and adjust buildings in Admin Plus to organize user groups. Each building in the Admin Plus license can have its own configurations to customize the user experience to best suit its needs. Please see this article for more information on adjusting buildings in the Admin Plus license.

Access the buildings settings page in Admin Plus
Log in to the license as the owner or the super admin, click the drop-down at the top, and switch to the Admin Plus space.
Select the Buildings tab on the sidebar to switch to the Building Settings page.
Examine the data on the Buildings page
On the Buildings page, you can find the following data for each building.
- Buildings list: A list of all buildings in the license. You can find the detailed information for each building listed next to them. The information includes the building name, used licenses, allocated licenses, used storage, and allocated storage for each building.

Usage overview: The license and storage usage of the account is detailed as follows: the Total reflects the available licenses and storage, the Used shows the amount consumed by users, and the Allocated represents what is distributed to buildings. Licenses and storage must be assigned to buildings before users can use them. Please see the sections below for allocating licenses and storage to buildings.
To toggle the usage overview panel on and off, click the bar chart icon at the top right of the window.
Create buildings
Click the Create Building button and select an option from the drop-down menu.
- Create new building: Create a building by entering the building name and the licenses and storage you want to allocate to it.
- Bulk upload buildings: Add buildings to your account by uploading a CSV with the necessary data. A CSV template can be downloaded from the hyperlink.
Rename or delete buildings
Click the triple-dot action button next to the building and select the option to rename or delete the building
Please note that if the building is deleted, all users in the building will also be removed. You can select to permanently delete those users with the building or convert their accounts to expire trial accounts so they can join other licenses with their accounts.
Allocate licenses
Click the number under the Allocated Licenses section and enter the number of licenses you want to assign to the building. The building admins will not be able to add new users to the building if they exceed the allocated licenses for their building.
Allocate storage
Click the number under the Allocated Storage section and enter the number of storage spaces you want to assign to the building. If a building reaches the allocated storage limit, its users will not be able to upload or export new media. They can follow the steps in this article to remove files that are no longer in use to free up storage space.
Access each building’s admin page
The license owner and the super admins can access each Buliding’s admin page to adjust the settings and role permissions for them. Click on the building name to launch its admin page.
On the building admin page, you can adjust members, settings, groups, and integrations for each building. You can also view the reports for the building from this page.
Any settings changed on the building admin page will only affect this building and will not have an effect on other buildings in the license. If you would like to adjust the settings for the entire Admin Plus license, please do so from the Settings page in the Admin Plus page.
