The assign and broadcast options in the interactive video’s action menu are meant for assigning or broadcasting interactive videos to WeVideo Classes. Therefore, if you are accessing WeVideo through the Learning Management System (LMS) LTI integration, these two options will not be available. If you plan to assign or broadcast interactive videos to LMS classes, please do so directly in the LMS. If you want to assign interactive videos to the classes in WeVideo, please follow the steps in this article to access WeVideo outside of the LMS.
Clear browser data to access WeVideo outside of the LMS
If you have logging to WeVideo via the LMS integration, you won’t be able to use the assign and broadcast options, and you won’t be able to log out of WeVideo to log out of the page. Please follow the steps in this section to clear your browser data so you can sign in again from the WeVideo sign-in page to access the interactive videos outside the LMS.
- Close the LMS and WeVideo tabs from the browser.
- Access the browser settings to clear the cache and cookies. Please see the instructions at the following links for your browser.
- Navigate to the WeVideo sign-in page and log in to your WeVideo account using your email or SSO.
After accessing your account outside the LMS, you can assign or broadcast your interactive videos to classes in WeVideo.
