Before you start
Export worksheets from interactive videos in your interactive videos library
From Interactivity, switch to the Interactive Videos page.
Click the interactive video thumbnail or the actions button, then select the Export Worksheet option.
The exported worksheet will open in a new window. In the worksheet, you can find the order, timestamp, and available points for each interaction.
To save the worksheet, click the print button at the lower right corner of the window.
Save the worksheet as a PDF or select a printer to print out the worksheet.
Export worksheets from interactive videos in the admin media library
Users with the admin role in WeVideo can access all interactive videos in the license from the media library on the Administration page and export worksheets for them.
Navigate to the Administration page in Interactivity and select the Media Library tab.
Click the interactive video thumbnail or the actions button, then select the Export Worksheet option.
The exported worksheet will open in a new window. In the worksheet, you can find the order, timestamp, and available points for each interaction.
To save the worksheet, click the print button at the lower right corner of the window.
Save the worksheet as a PDF or select a printer to print out the worksheet.
Limitations of exporting worksheets from interactive videos
The worksheet's URL will not be accessible to other users. To share the worksheet with others, please save the worksheet as a PDF and share it instead.
Role and plan requirements for exporting worksheets from interactive videos
The instructors and administrators of the Educational (instructor or organization) license can create interactive videos in Interactivity and export the worksheets from it.
