How do I customize completion certificates for playlists in Interactivity?

Select the Playlists tab in Interactivity to launch the playlist editor. Expand the Certificate Settings section, then enable the Playlist Certificate. 

Enable completion certificate

Open the playlist editor and expand the Certificate Settings section.

Toggle on Enable playlist certificate.

Customize certificate information

Find the following information on the test certificate below to learn which aspects are customizable:

1. Learner name: Auto-filled by the system.
2. Playlist title and details: Auto-filled by the system.
3. Certificate badge: Customizable. Instructors can upload their badge through the certificate settings in the playlist editor.
4. Signature: Customizable. Instructors can upload the signature image through the certificate settings in the playlist editor. 
5. Custom message: Customizable with up to 500 characters. Instructors can enter the message through the certificate systems in the playlist editor.

Customize the message, badge, and signature in the Certificate Settings. Click the Paper Clip icons to upload the image, and type your message in the designated box.

Swap or remove files by hitting the Trash icon after uploading.

Hit the Preview Certificate button to preview it in a new tab. 

Certificate requirements

• Badge:
  • File format: It is recommended to use an SVG file for better quality. If an SVG file is not available, a PNG with a transparent background can be used instead.
  • Aspect ratio: Square format with a 1:1 aspect ratio.
  • Resolution: Minimum Width of 450 px; 600 px is recommended.
• Signature: 
  • File format: It is recommended to use a PNG file with a transparent background, ink only, and no white box.
  • Aspect ratio: Image with a 100:112 aspect ratio (roughly a square) so the sides of the signature won't be cut off.
  • Resolution: Minimum width of 300 px; for better quality, set the width to be larger than 400 px.
