How do I integrate WeVideo Interactivity to Moodle?

Note:  The LMS integration is only available to some users. If you are interested in the integration, please contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss enabling it for your school or organization.

WeVideo Interactivity can be integrated into Moodle as an LTI 1.3 tool. The integration enables instructors to assign interactive videos and playlists from their account to Moodle, and automatically syncs learners' grades to the Moodle grade book after they complete the assignment. Please follow the instructions below to install the WeVideo integration into your Moodle environment.

Install the WeVideo Interactivity Moodle integration tool

Log in to your WeVideo account through WeVideo’s website. Click the user icon on the top right of the window, and select Account Settings.

Expand the LTI Settings section and click Generate LTI Connection Code.

Copy the generated code and save it for later use.

Log in to a Moodle admin account, select the Site Administration page, switch to the Plugins tab, and select the External Tool from the Activity Modules section.

Select Manage Tools.

Paste the following Dynamic Registration URL into the input section and click the Add LTI Advantage button.

Paste the registration code copied from the WeVideo account in the previous step into the Registration Window in Moodle and click Submit.

The tool is now added to Moodle. To activate the tool, locate it from the list on the Manage Tools page and click Activate.
