Where do I log in to access my account?
You will now log into www.wevideo.com to access your account. Your login username and password will remain the same.
What happens to all of my content?
All of your interactive videos (Bulbs) along with folders, classes, and videos will all be migrated over to the new platform. All interactive videos that were assigned to classes will also migrate over.
Where is all of my learner data?
Learner data will not be migrated to the new platform. To access historical data, you will need to log into www.playposit.com. While this data is here to stay for a while, we recommend exporting the data for your records as we will eventually be removing www.playposit.com.
What will happen to my PlayPosit account?
You will still be able to log into your PlayPosit account, however, once migration has taken place, you will be limited on the functionality within PlayPosit. You will not be able to create anything new, you will only be able to access old data.
What happens to my learners?
Once your account has been migrated, all learner accounts associated with your account will also migrate. Usernames and passwords will remain the same. Learners will log into www.wevideo.com and will be redirected there if they try to log into www.playposit.com.
What happens if I have bulbs that are currently assigned to learners?
If you have any live/active links, once your account is migrated, you will need to provide learners with new links. The interactive videos will be assigned to the class but the links will be different and will redirect students to the new login.
