Students can join a class in WeVideo by following the link or entering the code provided by their instructor. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to join a class as a student or to invite a student to a class as an instructor.

Students: How to join a class in WeVideo
There are two easy ways to join a class as a student in WeVideo: via a link or via a code.
Join a class via an instructor-provided link
Open the class link shared by your instructor. (You do not need to have a WeVideo account before accepting the instructor's invitation.)
Log in to your WeVideo account or create a new account if you do not already have one.
View your assignments. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be brought to your Multimedia Creation dashboard, where you can create projects and complete assignments.
Note: You will be automatically added to the class associated with your invite link, which you can view under the Classes page. Any other WeVideo classes you are enrolled in will also display here.
Join a class via an instructor-provided code
Log in to your account, select Classes from the sidebar in the Multimedia Creation environment, and click Join class.
Enter your class code and then click the Join button.
Once you’ve joined the class, you can view the class under the Classes page. Any other WeVideo classes you are enrolled in will also display here.
Instructors: How to add students to a class in WeVideo
By link or code
Instructors can access the invite code or link mentioned above by navigating to the Classes screen, clicking into the People tab, and clicking the Add people button. Then click Share invite link or code.
Copy the class code or invite link and share it with your students.
By manual enrollment

Plan and permission requirements to add students to classes
For students to be able to join a class in WeVideo, the instructor must be using an individual Instructor plan (30 seats) or be licensed under a broader Organization plan (>30 seats) for their district or university.
