Under the sharing options, you’ll find many ways to share your export. These sharing options include:

  • Share link: Select whether your link is private to you or public; then copy the direct URL to your project.
  • Embed code: Click the accordion to open the embed code and copy it, adjusting the width as needed.
  • Save or publish: Publish your project directly to Google Drive, YouTube, and/or OneDrive. (If you have not yet connected an account, click Connect and then follow the in-browser prompts to do so.)

Plan and permission requirements for sharing exports

All WeVideo users can export projects and share their exports. However, certain sharing methods may be restricted by your school administrator.

The grayed-out sharing options

Restricted options will be grayed out, with a tooltip noting that your administrator has disabled this action.

Please contact your WeVideo school administrator if you believe you should be able to access disabled sharing options.
