Find the student assignment
From the Multimedia Creation space, click Classes and then click on the class with the students whose assignments you’d like to return.
Click on any assignment to open the assignment details page.
Click Turned In on any row to open a view of all submitted assignments.
Return with feedback
From the left column, click on the student whose assignment you’d like to return. Then, in the menu beneath the video, click Return.
Type your feedback for the student, then click Yes, return.
On the Assignment Details page, the returned assignment will now show the Returned status.
Learner view of returned assignments
When an instructor returns an assignment, the learner will receive an immediate notification in WeVideo that the assignment was returned.
Clicking the notification will bring the student to the assignment details page, where they can click Continue to edit the video and resubmit the assignment.
To view the instructor’s feedback (and reply as needed), learners can click the small gray circle at the beginning of the video timeline in the multimedia editor.

Give feedback before submission
To give feedback on a video while learners are still working on it, instructors can add comments directly in the multimedia editor. This is possible both asynchronously and in real time.
Watch the video below to see how to add comments within the multimedia editor.
Return interactive video assignments
