Admin Plus license owner can adjust global settings from the Settings page in the Admin Plus space. The settings adjusted here will apply to all buildings in the Admin Plus license.
Access the global settings page in Admin Plus
Log in to the license as the owner or the super admin, click the drop-down at the top, and switch to the Admin Plus space.
Select the Settings tab in the sidebar to go to the global settings page.
Global settings that can be adjusted

Allow cross-building collaboration:
- For Multimedia space: If this option is enabled, users can add collaborators from other buildings to their projects. If this option is disabled, only users from the same building can be added as collaborators.
- For Interactivity space: If this option is enabled, teachers can add collaborators from other buildings to interactive videos and classes. If this option is disabled, only users from the same building can be added as collaborators. However, this option will not affect the visibility of content in the Premade Content Library. If the content is set to be visible only to users in the same school or building, this option will not override that setting, and the content will remain visible only to users in the same school or building, even if this option is enabled. If instructors wish to make the content visible across buildings, please set the privacy setting to "Visible to members of your district/institution".
- Allow building-level sync: When this option is enabled, admins of each building in the license can adjust their own SSO integration to sync users to their buildings. If this option is disabled, only users with the Super Admin role can configure the SSO integration for the license.
- Show accessibility CTAs to users: Select whether to display the prompt in uploaded and exported media to inform users to add captions and audio descriptions.
- Masquerading for building: Adjust whether building admins can masquerade as users in the license. Please see this article for more information on masquerading as users in their accounts as the super admin.
