From the Admin Snapshot in the Interactivity admin dashboard, license administrators can examine usage and data for their license to identify the top users of interactive features.
Before you start
Only the admins with the license can access the admin dashboard. Please ensure you are logging in with the admin account.
Find the top users of interactive features from the admin dashboard
After logging in with an admin account, select the Interactivity space from the top drop-down menu.
Select the Administration tab from the left sidebar to open the admin dashboard.
On the Admin Snapshot tab, click the Gray boxes to load the data.
Scroll down to the Top Creators section to see the top users in the license based on the interactive video they own. The number of interactive videos they own will be displayed alongside their name. If there are more than five users in the license, the top five users will be listed here.
To view the classes with the highest engagement, scroll to the Top Classes By Engagement With Interactive Videos section to see the top five classes by engagement hours. You can also click on the class title to view the interactive videos assigned to it.
You can also view the most viewed interactive videos and playlists from the Most Viewed Interactive Videos and the Most Engaged Playlists sections.
If you are using an Admin Plus license with multiple buildings or organizations under your license, the license owner can use the Organization drop-down menu to view either all data from the license or the data for the selected building. This allows the license owner to compare data across buildings and identify the building with the highest usage of the interactive features.
Plan and role requirements for finding the top users from the admin dashboard
Administrators in an education license can access the admin dashboard in the Interactivity space to find the top users. For Admin Plus users, the license owner can view data for all buildings and organizations in the license, while administrators can view data for the buildings or organizations they belong to.
