License administrators can update the theme color and logo in Interactivity to match their school or organization’s branding. After updating the theme color and logo, users will see the changes when accessing the interactive video and when building it in the Interactivity editor. Please see the section below for instructions on updating the theme color and logo for Interactivity.
Log in to an Admin WeVideo account, then switch to the Interactivity space using the drop-down menu at the top.
Click the User icon in the top-right corner of the window to expand the settings panel.
Select the Organization Settings option from the list. Please note that this option is only available to users with Admin access. If you do not see this option, please contact your school administrator.
There are two branding options that can be adjusted:
Theme: Update the Interactivity’s interface color. Click on the color plate to update the theme color.
- Choose a new theme color from the palette, or use the slider to adjust color and opacity.
- You can also use the eyedropper tool to select a color from your device by clicking on it and choosing the color you want from your screen.
- Alternatively, you can enter the HEX, HEXA, RGB, RGBA, HSL, or HSLA value to select the color accurately. To switch between each color code type, click the switch button next to the color code section to cycle through the options.
After updating the theme color, click the Apply button to apply the changes.
Logo: Update the logo displayed to users when viewing interactive videos and when creating an interactive video in Interactivity. Click on the pen icon in the Logo section, and select a logo file from your device. The following limits and recommendations apply to the uploaded logo:
- Supported file types: JPEG and PNG
- Maximum file size: 10MB
- We recommend using a square logo image. If the file is not square, the empty space will be filled with the theme color.
The uploaded logo will be applied automatically. Please click the Cancel button to close the settings panel after the upload is complete.
