From the learning management system (LMS)
If PlayPosit is integrated with the LMS, users should access their account through the LMS integration to assign the interactive videos to learners through the LMS. To access PlayPosit from the LMS, please see the instructions in the articles listed below.
When launching the PlayPosit integration from the LMS for the first time, a new PlayPosit will be created with the email used in the LMS and connected with the LMS account. After that, users can always access their PlayPosit account by launching the integration from the LMS.
If the account was already created before the user launched the integration from the LMS, the user will be prompted to connect the created PlayPosit account with their LMS account to prevent duplication. Please see this article for more information about connecting an existing PlayPosit account to the LMS.
Google or Office 365 SSO
After the account is created and added to the license by the admins, users can use the SSO options on the login page to access their account. Please ensure the email used for the SSO option is the same as the email used for the PlayPosit account.
Navigate to the WeVideo Sign-in page and select Google or Office 365 as the SSO option, depending on your school’s settings, to access the PlayPosit account. Please contact your school administrator to identify which option is used for your school.
Select the account you wish to use to sign in through the SSO.
Select Continue.
If multi-factor login is enabled for your account, please enter the code generated from the multi-factor authentication app and click Verify to sign into your account.
