What domains need to be allowlisted for WeVideo to work properly?

For WeVideo to work properly across all users and features, a number of domains should be added to the allow list of your school or district’s firewall. These include core WeVideo domains alongside third-party domains that support video playback, web analytics, and more.

Configuration Notes

When setting up the allow list, please note the following configuration recommendations:

  • Allow wildcard domains where supported.
  • HTTPS (port 443) must be open.
  • Some services are required for LMS integrations or embedded video playback.
  • Third-party services (YouTube, Google APIs, etc.) may also need access.
