If the user forgets or needs to update the password for their PlayPosit account, please follow the instructions in this article to reset the password for the account.
Navigate to the WeVideo log in page. If the user is already logged in, please click the Logout button in the lower left corner to log out first.
Click the Forget Password? Button.
Enter the email used for the account and click Send. An email with instructions and reset link will be sent to the email address.
Open the email from noreply@wevideo.com and click the Reset Password button in the mail to open the reset password page in a new tab.
Enter and confirm the new password, then click Change My Password. After successfully updating the password, the user will be automatically redirected to the login page, where they can sign in with their email and new password.
