Enable the completion certificate for the playlist
Open the playlist editor and expand the Certificate Settings section.
Toggle on the Enable Playlist Certificate option.
The information on the certificate
The following information will be displayed on the certificate:
- Certificate badge: Customizable. Instructors can upload their badge through the certificate settings in the playlist editor.
- Learner name: Automatically filled by the system.
- Playlist title and details: Automatically filled by the system.
- Signature: Customizable. Instructors can upload their signature image through the certificate settings in the playlist editor.
- Custom message: Customizable with up to 500 characters. Instructors can enter the message through the certificate settings in the playlist editor.
- Completion date: Automatically filled by the system.
Customize the information on the certificate
Open the playlist editor and expand the Certificate Settings section.
Click the input section of the certificate badge and signature to upload the customized certificate badge and the signature.
To remove the uploaded file, click the Remove button next to the uploaded item.
Enter the custom message into the Certificate Message section. Instructors can enter up to 500 characters into the certificate message.
To preview the certificate, click the Preview Certificate button to open it in a new tab.
Best practices for customizing badge and signature
- The uploaded badge will be resized to 150 px on the longer side of the image but will retain its original aspect ratio. We recommend using an image close to square format and larger than 150 px for the customized badge to achieve the best display effect.
- The background of the certificate is white and cannot be adjusted. If the badge is also a light color, please consider adding a darker background for the badge to make it more distinguishable from the certificate background.
- For better viewing experience, we recommend using a PNG file with transparent background for the signature image.
- The maximum height for the signature is 200 px. If the uploaded signature is smaller than this height, we will not enlarge the file, as doing so may result in a blurry image on the certificate.
