Access user profile
In addition to the user settings in the Multimedia Creation space, some user setting options are dedicated to Interactivity and need to be adjusted from the Interactivity space.
To adjust the Interactivity settings, click the user icon at the top right of the window in the Interactivity space to expand the User Profile panel. You can view and adjust the following information and settings from this panel.
Account subscription
Select Account Subscription from the left side of the user profile panel to view your account type.
User settings
Select User Settings from the left side of the user profile panel to modify your account settings.
You can adjust the following settings:
- User Icon and Name
- Time Zone: The due dates and dates in the data exports are set according to the instructor’s time zone. If the instructor does not adjust this setting, WeVideo will attempt to obtain the time zone information from the instructor's internet connection. Instructors can also manually set the time zone for their accounts using the drop-down menu. Once the time zone is set, it will remain fixed on the chosen option, even if the instructor travels to other time zones.
- Instructor Visibility: This setting will only affect whether other users can find your content from the Premade Content library but will not affect whether learners can view the content assigned to them.
- Interactive Video Defaults: Adjust the default settings for the interactive video so you do not need to adjust them every time you create a new interactive video. Please note that the changes here will only affect the interactive video created after the change.
- Interaction Defaults: Adjust the default settings for interactions so you do not need to adjust them every time you create new interactions. Select the interaction type you want to adjust from the drop-down menu and adjust the settings below.
- LTI Settings: Generate the LTI Registration code for the integration.
