When users start a trial, their accounts are placed in a trial organization, and they can join another organization by using the Join Existing School License option at the top of the window.
Join an organization while on the trial
If you are using an Educational Trail plan, log in to the account and click Join Existing School License on the top banner.
If you are using a Creator Trial plan, click the Join Organization option in the left sidebar.
Enter the invite code shared by the organization administrator to join the license.
After entering the invite code, the organization administrator might need to review and approve your request. You will see the pending screen while your request is under review. Once approved, you will be added to the license and gain access to all paid features included in it.
Join an organization after the trial is over
Log in to the account and click the Join Another Account option.
