When users start the 30-day trial, their accounts will be placed in a trial organization, and they will not be able to join another organization. If the trials are started by mistake and users need to join an organization, they can follow the steps in this article to end the trial and join the organization.
Join an organization while on the 30-day trial
Log into the account and click Join Existing School License on the top banner.
If the top banner is not displaying, users can also click their user icon on the top, select Account Settings, and select Join Existing School License from the top.
Enter the invite code shared by the license owner to join the license. Please see this article for more information about the license invite code.
Join an organization after the trial is over
Log into the account and select Downgrade from the free plan.
Confirm that you want to downgrade to free and click Downgrade.
Select Join Organization from the left sidebar menu and enter the invite code shared by the license owner to join the license. Please see this article for more information about the license invite code.
