Complete the assignment
Launch the Learner Made Bulb assignment through the link shared by the instructor or through the LMS if the assignment is linked to the LMS.
Read through the instructions provided by the instructors and click I Understand to start the Learner Made Bulb assignment.
Select a video host option to add the video to the Bulb.
Click Add Video if you need to add more videos to this Bulb.
After adding all the videos you need, switch to the Interactions tab, move the play head on the progress bar to the timestamp you want to add the interaction, and click the Create New Interaction button.
Select the interaction type you want to add and enter its content. For more information about different types of interactions, please see this article.
Repeat the steps to add more interactions to your interactive video.
(Optional) Set up discussion interaction to allow instructors to leave feedback with timestamps
When adding interactions to the Learner Made Bulb, learners can follow the steps below to add a discussion interaction to allow instructors to leave feedback directly in the Bulb.
Click Create New Interaction to add an interaction to the Bulb.
Select the interaction type as Discussion, click the triple dots icon next to the interaction time section, and select Add End Time.
Set the start time to 00:00 and the end time to the last timestamp of the Bulb so the discussion will be displayed throughout the interactive video.
Enter the content for the discussion interaction.
Expand the advanced setting, and unselect the Interaction pauses video playback and Interaction is required options.
When reviewing the submission, instructors can enter their feedback into the discussion interaction, and the feedback will come with the timecode where the instructor entered it. Learners can also reply to the feedback to start the discussion with their instructors.
Review and submit your Learner Made Bulb
Switch to the Review tab at the top. Edit the title if needed, and click Preview to preview your Bulb. After confirming everything looks good, click Submit to turn in your interactive video.
Please note that once you submit your interactive video, you cannot edit it anymore.
After seeing the confirmation page, you can close this tab and return to your account.
