Admins and teachers can use the tabs on the sidebar to navigate between different sections in PlayPosit. Please see this article for more information about each section.
Administration
The administration tab is only available for users with administrator access. Admins can examine the license's usage, organizations, members, and media through the Administration page. Please see this article for more information about the Administration page.
My Bulbs
All the Bulbs created by you or shared with you will be displayed on this page.
To create a new Bulb, click the Create New Bulb button on the top to launch the Bulb Designer and start building your Bulb. You can also click the dropdown button next to it and select Create Learner Made Bulb to create a new Learner Made Bulb.
Click the Bulb thumbnail or triple-dot button to expand the action menu to edit, assign, monitor, or delete Bulb.
Folders
Folders are a great way for teachers to organize their content by class or module. Teachers can also share folders with their colleagues for quick and easy content transfer.
Click Add Folder to create new folders.
Click the triple dots button to expand the action menu to edit, share, copy, or delete the folder.
Classes
The classes created in PlayPosit or linked through the Learning Management System (LMS) will be listed on this page. Teachers can take the following action on this page:
- Add New Class: Create a new class in your PlayPosit account. You can then assign Bulbs and learners to the class.
- Classes List: A list of the created classes in your account. You can click on the class title to enter the class.
- Bulbs: Click the Bulbs button behind the class to view a list of Bulbs assigned to the class.
- Gradebook: View the class grade book.
- Learners: View a list of students in the class.
- Triple dots button: Edit the class title, add collaborators to the class, or archive the class.
Playlists
Teachers can add multiple Bulbs to a playlist along with text items, web embeds, PDFs, and images to create a comprehensive learning experience for the students.
Click Create Playlist to launch the playlist editor and start building your playlist.
Click the triple dots button to expand the action menu to edit, preview, monitor, assign, or delete the playlist.
My Videos
Teachers can upload or record videos to PlayPosit through the My Videos page. You can also launch the WeVideo editor to create and edit videos you want to use in PlayPosit. Please see more information about the My Videos page in this article.
Premade Content
You can find the interactive videos and playlists shared by other instructors in your license from the Premade Content Library. The content in the library can be copied into your account and assigned to your class, and you can also edit the copied interactive video/playlist if needed.
