If the Kaltura integration is added to the account, users can share their exports to Kaltura directly from WeVideo without downloading the files and uploading them to Kaltura. This is an add-on feature for your account. Please contact WeVideo at success@wevideo.com if you are interested in this add-on.
Enable the Kaltura integration from the Admin panel
After the integration is added to the license, admins need to enable it from the admin panel. Use the drop-down menu on the top left to switch to the admin panel and select Settings.
Select a role you want to enable the integration for from the left side, scroll down to the Destination section, and toggle on the Kaltura option.
You can repeat the steps to enable the Kaltura integration for other roles in the license. After enabling the integration, please inform the users to follow the steps below to connect their account with their Kaltura account.
Connect your WeVideo account with your Kaltura account
Click the user icon on the top right of the window and select Account Settings.
Expand the Connected Apps section and click Connect next to the Kaltura option.
Enter your Kaltura account's username and password to connect it to your WeVideo account.
After connecting the account, the Kaltura option will show up when sharing the export.
