- Disable browser extensions: Browser extensions may conflict with the video player or the project editor. Please disable them to see if the issue is resolved.
- Try an incognito browser window: Sometimes, your browser's extensions or add-ons may interfere with WeVideo functionalities. For assistance with creating an incognito window in your browser, click here for Chrome and here for Firefox.
- Try a different device type: If you are working on a tablet or mobile device, try accessing WeVideo on a desktop or laptop computer. If you are already on a computer, try to use a different device.
- Try a different network: If you are using wireless internet, try connecting to a different network and disabling your VPN.
