To use WeVideo, your device must have WebGL enabled. Refer below to find out if your browser currently has hardware acceleration enabled.
Chrome
Navigate to chrome://settings/system and check to ensure that Use hardware acceleration when available is enabled.
If hardware acceleration is currently enabled, inspect the status of WebGL under the Graphics Feature Status section at chrome://gpu/.
If the status of WebGL does not show Hardware accelerated, please scroll down the page and refer to the Problems Detected list to determine why hardware acceleration is unavailable. This list will provide details on what you may need to do next.
If you have a display driver older than 2010, it may be the cause of the issue. You may need to update your display drivers and then go back to the gpu again to further troubleshoot.
Please also check to ensure you are not using any extension that may be disabling WebGL. One way to determine if this is the case is to access WeVideo in an incognito window that has all extensions disabled.
Opera
Select Opera --> Preferences... or go to about:config to open the browser settings. Expand the Advanced options and select Browser.
Go to the System section and ensure that Use hardware acceleration when available is enabled.

Firefox
Go to about:config and search for webgl.disabled in the search bar to ensure its value is false.
If the value for webgl.disabled is false, next you should inspect the status of WebGL at about:support. Go to the Graphics table and check if there is a graphics card manufacture, model, and drive in the Driver Renderer section.
If there is, then WebGL is enabled, but if there is an error message indicating there is a block, then your graphics driver is blacklisted.
