Once you've finished your edit and exported it, there are many ways to share the export. You can share it through a link, embed it on websites, or share it directly to Google Drive, YouTube, or One Drive.
Share your exports
To access the sharing options for your exports, go to the Exports page and click the export you want to share.
Click the Share button to expand the sharing options. There are six options:
Share link
You can share a link to this export with others. Adjust the privacy settings to Public and copy the link to share. If the public option is not available, please contact your school administrators to enable the permissions for users to share their exports. Please see this article for more information about role permissions.
Embed code
Click the Embed option to expand and show the embed code. You can adjust the size of the embedded window, then copy the embed code and paste it to the website you want to embed.
Google Drive
Click Connect to connect your WeVideo account with your Google Drive.
Sign in with your Google account.
Click Continue and ensure you provide the required permissions for WeVideo to access your Google Drive.
After connecting with your Google Drive, click the Send button to send the export to your Google Drive.
You will receive a notification that the video has successfully been added to your Google Drive.
YouTube
Click Connect to connect your WeVideo account with your YouTube account.
Sign in with your YouTube account.
Click Continue and ensure you provide the required permissions for WeVideo to access your YouTube account.
After connecting with your YouTube account, click the Send button to send the export to your YouTube account.
You will receive a notification that the video has successfully been added to your YouTube account.
One Drive
Click Connect to connect your WeVideo account with your One Drive account.
Sign in with your One Drive account.
Click Continue and ensure you provide the required permissions for WeVideo to access your One Drive account.
After connecting with your One Drive account, click the Send button to send the export to your One Drive.
You will receive a notification that the video has successfully been added to your One Drive.
PlayPosit
If you have a PlayPosit teacher account, you can also share your export to PlayPosit and create an interactive video. Please see more information about creating interactive videos with PlayPosit in this article.
Share students’ submissions
Teachers can also share the submissions from their students. Go to the Classes page and select the class with the submissions you want to share.
Select the assignment and click Review Progress to view students’ submissions.
Click the Review Video button on the submissions you want to share.
Click the Share button and select one of the sharing options to share it with others.
