The admin can create groups for other users in the license by assigning them to the groups or providing a code for them to join individually. The group feature will allow admins and instructors to quickly add multiple users as collaborators on video projects.
Create groups
Switch to the Admin page, and select Groups.
Click the Create group or the Plus button to start creating groups.
Enter the group's title and select the members to add to the group from the list below. Click on Create to complete creating the group.
Add members from the group to projects
Open the project that the collaborators should be added to and click the invite collaborators icon next to the title.
Type in the name of the group, select it from the drop-down menu, and click Invite to add the members in this group to the project as collaborators.
Let users join groups on their own
To let learners join the group on their own, the admin needs to share the group code with the users. Find the group code by clicking on the desired group from the Groups page in the Admin tool to open it and copy the group code from the lower left of the window.
To join the group with the code, please click the Join group button on the left side of the window in the Multimedia Creation space, and enter the group code shared by the admin to join the group.
